Project Update

A New Chapter for Osanrae

It has been a busy year for the Osanrae team. COVID brought about a lot of interruptions and challenges to our projects, but despite this we were able to still deliver to our clients without disruptions and still on time. The business is proud to have confidently pushed through 2020 and would like to update you all on the progress and changes that have occurred. 

Internally, we have had some new additions to the Osanrae team who we look forward to helping us through another busy year ahead. We would like to excitedly welcome you to the team!

You may have also noticed our website has changed and you may be receiving newsletters from us. To keep you all informed with what is happening now and what is to come, these will be the places to source that information so you can stay up to date on how your property/neighbourhood is coming along.

We’re also pleased to report that the following projects have had progress made or have been completed:

  • 8 Clinch
    Construction was completed in late 2019 just prior to the COVID shutdown in Melbourne.
  • Dominion
    Construction was completed right in the middle of 2020 despite some COVID disruptions. 
  • Davidson
    Davidson’s construction finished up in early 2021 and is very close to being sold out. There is only one apartment left – if you are interested, please get in quickly and contact sales@osanrae.com.au.
  • Casey Green, Narre Warren
    N4S6 – construction was completed in late 2020 and on time, despite COVID disruptions. All the homes have been sold and settled.

    N4S7 – currently under construction. The framing and brick works will be complete within the next month, with plastering, windows, waterproofing and roof tile works to be completed by the end of the next quarter. 

    With many other works under way, or due to commence over this next quarter, we are confident in our partner, D5 Building, and their abilities to keep the lots mentioned moving so they can complete construction on time.

What’s more exciting is we also have a couple of projects to announce soon commencing in 2021 for 6 Bruce St, Toorak and Vista Green, Narre Warren. It’s exciting times for us at Osanrae, and we look forward to sharing it all with you soon!
