8 Clinch is an urban village concept located in vibrant Preston comprising of 134 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with retail tenancies for café & gym. Designed by Peter Brown Architects, the focus is on providing a true sense of community that cannot be achieved in a standard apartment block format. The village’s unique design offers residents a choice of living styles: either in the central nine-story tower with uninterrupted city views or in the low-rise terrace-style apartments.
Separating these two main buildings is the spacious, sun-drenched village square, a place where residents can socialize freely. Residents can enjoy a close community feel but still embrace all that Preston has to offer with the railway station, High Street shopping and endless dining options right next door.
